We ensure every detail is perfect, providing digital proofs before printing for peace of mind. From Save the Dates to invitations and websites, we craft a seamless, cohesive wedding brand for an unforgettable experience.
INVITATION SUITE
Your suite will include five pieces: invitation card, RSVP card and envelope, details card, and outer envelope. We will guide you through etiquette and wording, ensuring your stationery is both stunning and polished. Your details card can feature a map, weekend events, or a custom design.
ENVELOPE ADDRESSING
From postage to mailing, we handle every detail with precision and care. Your envelope will be designed to complement your invitation suite, featuring coordinating guest and return addresses for a polished, cohesive presentation that feels as effortless as it looks.
POSTAGE & MAILING
Taking care of everything down to postage and mailing so you can focus on celebrating, not logistics. We design and print custom envelopes that match your suite, complete with guest addresses, return addresses, and RSVP envelopes for a seamless finish.
KEEPSAKE SUITE
A curated keepsake box for your invitation suite to share with your photographer for stunning wedding-day flatlays and ensuring your stationery is beautifully preserved & documented.

Let’s connect! We’ll schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your vision, wedding theme, and design preferences. This is where we get to know you and your style while introducing you to our bespoke stationery services and investment options.

PRESENTATION OF
CONCEPTS + DESIGN
The designing journey begins! We’ll start the creative process by crafting initial design concepts that reflect your wedding aesthetic. You’ll receive digital proofs and have up to three rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is just right.

WHITE GLOVE ASSEMBLY
Before your stationery reaches you, each piece goes through a thorough quality check. We ensure that every detail is flawless before carefully assembling and packaging your order with a luxury finish.

MAILING + DELIVERABLES
We take care of everything from assembling and packaging your invitations to mailing them directly to your guests via USPS. Our seamless, hands-off service saves you time and eliminates the hassle. When it comes to your day-of stationery, we carefully prepare and ship everything straight to your wedding planner, so you can relax and fully enjoy the excitement leading up to your big day.

DAY OF ORDER + KEEPSAKES
Family formals normally take place immediately after the ceremony. We will need about 30 minutes for these. I will send a questionnaire prior to the wedding where you can list out all of the shots you'd like. More shots means more time! We always recommend shooting these outdoors if possible, since indoor ceremony locations are typically not ideal for portraits.

Following our consultation, we’ll provide a tailored proposal outlining your wedding stationery details, including design concepts, materials, and pricing. Your contract and deposit are included in this step, secure your project timeline and officially begin bringing your vision to life.
As an AD Couple, you’ll receive a handcrafted keepsake suite, a beautifully curated set of your wedding invitations with every exquisite detail—calligraphy, vintage postage, silk ribbon, and more. Delivered to your wedding planner in a luxurious package, this heirloom piece will assist your photographer in capturing stunning detail photos on your wedding day and becoming a cherished keepsake in your home for years to come.
