Our Process

INVITATIONS & STATIONERY

Step 1: #Consultation | To get started on designing your custom invitation suite you will begin with a complimentary face-to-face or phone consultation.  Any details from your wedding or event can be used for inspiration on your design. So at this time, we want to know all of the fantabulous details of your BIG day from the date, venue, theme, colors, flowers and any special details you would like to incorporate in your invitation and other stationery.

 

Step #2: aDORAble Quote | Within 3 to 5 days of your initial consultation via e-mail you will be provided with a detailed quote based on our meeting. Nothing is etched in stone so if you would like to add or change anything you’re more than welcome too.  At this point, if you decide to move forward with us your official AD contact will be drawn up.

 

Step #3: Deposit | Once the official quote is approved, 50% of the total cost is due in order for us to begin your design work.  Unless your order qualify for The aDORAble FlexPayment option in which terms will be listed on your contract.  Due to the nature of our business, once a deposit/payment has been made on your custom design order, we are unable to issue any refunds under any circumstances.

 

Step #4: Design Proofs & Revisions | 1 to 2 weeks after the deposit is received, you will receive digital file proofs via e-mail for you to review.  Please respond providing us with any edits to the designs that you would like to see and we’ll get to tweaking the design until it’s just right. During this process we will exchange emails or calls back and forth until the designs are perfect!  We want to make sure everything is simply fantabulous so please be sure to check all grammar, spelling or typos we are not responsible for any errors and mistakes overlooked or omitted during your review.

 

Step #5: Final Proof and Payment | You will receive a final proof for your to review, sign off on and then collect the remaining balance on your order per your agreement. Payment may be sent via check or Pay Pal.  No order will be delivered or shipped until full payment is received.

 

Step #6: Order Production | Final invitations can take between 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered depending on the complexity of the order.

 

Step #7: Pickup or Delivery | Once your order has been printed and completed assembly, we will contact you by phone or email to schedule a pickup time. You may also request we ship your order to you at an additional charge.
